2. What information we collect
When you complete the enquiry form on our website we collect:
- Your name
- Your telephone number
- Your email address
- Your dog's name and breed (optional)
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any special category data — for example information about your health. If you tell us something of that nature when we speak, we will only record what is necessary to help you and your dog safely.
Our website also collects limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is described in section 7.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered whether it is fair to you. You asked us to contact you, so we think it is — but you can object at any time (see section 8).
4. We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not send marketing emails or texts unless you have separately asked us to.
5. Who else handles your information
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:
- Tally (Tally BV, Belgium) — runs our enquiry form and stores submissions.
- Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States) — hosts this website.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) — advertising and measurement, and the fonts used on this site.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, or use servers outside it. Where personal information is transferred abroad, it is protected by UK adequacy regulations or by standard contractual clauses approved for use in the UK.
We may also share information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone from harm.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become training: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Records of training we have delivered: up to 6 years, so we can answer questions about our work and meet accounting and insurance requirements.
- Website and advertising data: as set by the provider — Google Ads data is generally retained for up to 26 months.
7. Cookies and advertising
This website uses Google Ads tags. These place cookies or similar technologies on your device to measure whether an advert led to an enquiry, and to show our adverts to people who have visited the site before.
Cookies used for advertising are not essential to the running of the site. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations we must obtain your consent before setting them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to restrict how we use it
- object to us using it, including for direct marketing
- ask us to transfer it to someone else
- withdraw consent, where we relied on consent

10. Children
Our services are arranged with adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
